Power Rankings

#1 Team Prime (6-1) Last Week: 3 (This Week: Hernandez Hitmen)

Team Prime made Week 7 a proving point to the rest of the league, as he exploded for 199 total points and crushed Rudy Was Offsides (3-4) in a favorable matchup. With the final score being 199-114, Team Prime improves his record to 6-1 and has now a 5 game winning streak. In the matchup, the Bears Defense (32 points) completely shut out the Carolina Panthers with two defensive TD's and scoring the games only points. Lesean McCoy (28 points) scored 2 TD's of his own and finally proved his value after several weeks of poor performances. In addition, Alvin Kamara (15 points) continues to rise in stock as he handcuffs Mark Ingram and is a thriving pass catcher in the Saints Offense. Going forward, Team Prime is loaded and potentially could finish this season with only one loss. Week 8 poses arguable Team Prime's biggest regular season matchup against Hernandez Hitmen (5-2). With a win, Team Prime would nearly be a lock for the playoffs. Keep an eye on this league leader.

#2 - Silly Nannies (6-1) Last Week: 2 (This Week: Rudy Was Offsides)

Week 7 was a godsend for Silly Nannies. Coming off a week where Jake lost Aaron Rodger (Collarbone) The season was all but in question for Silly Nannies heading into the weekend. A matchup with 99 Problems But A Lynch Ain't One (1-6) was favorable but it would be tight without Rodgers at the helm. Silly Nannies defeated Juan by a final score of 125-113, taking advantage of a Carson Palmer broken arm that all but sealed the deal for Silly Nannies in Week 7. Tyreek Hill (24 points) ripped off 120+ total yards while finding the endzone on a long TD pass from Alex Smith. If Hill can continue this PPR trend, Silly Nannies may have found a solid output in points to make up for the lack at QB. Jason Witten (15 points) scored on a one-handed TD grab and continues to have a terrific season for the cowboys as the ageless wonder has dominated defenses this year. Meanwhile, Michael Crabtree (11 points) scored on a last second TD pass to put Silly Nannies on top of 99 Problems But A Lynch Ain't One for good. Week 8 will feature an excellent matchup between Rudy Was Offsides (3-4).

#3 Juan Too Many (5-2) Last Week: 1 (This Week: Game Of Jones)

Week 7 proved a few cracks in the foundation for Juan Too Many, as he fell to TFuchs (3-4) by a final score of 122-141. Arguably feeling the greatest effect from the Aaron Rodgers injury, both Randall Cobb (3 points) and Jordy Nelson (2 points) are seeing their stock plummet without their star quarterback. Despite solid performances from Zach Ertz (19 points) and Mike Evans (21 points) these efforts were not enough, as TFuchs had the superior performances in Week 7. The Cardinals Defense (-1 points) faltered against the Rams, while George Kittle (2 points) succumbed to the hype and had a less than stellar performance despite a favorable matchup. Juan Too Many will face underdog Game Of Jones in Week 8, an opportunity to right the ship against a team struggling to keep it all together.

#4 - Hernandez Hitmen (5-2) Last Week: 4 (This Week: Team Prime)
Hernandez Hitmen is waiting, ready to ambush the competition as he has amassed a solid team throughout the season. Despite a few questionable trades, Hernandez Hitmen stands in Week 8 with a 5-2 record after defeating Gronkemon Go (2-5) in a Week 7 battle. Noah traded and acquired Amari Cooper (45 points) and Antonio Brown (16 points) both whom proved effective in helping Hernandez Hitmen to a 165-120 win. Carson Wentz (30 points) threw 4 TD's against the Redskins and is one of the biggest steals in this years draft, while Kareem Hunt (15 points) again ran the fantasy table with a great performance on the ground and through the air. Hernandez Hitmen faces league leader Team Prime (6-1) in Week 8 in what should be one of the best matchups of the entire regular season. Tune in!

#5 - I Can't Think Of Anything Clever Yet (4-3) Last Week: 5 (This Week: TFuchs)

I Can't Think Of Anything Clever Yet is like a criminal on the run from the law. With Ezekiel Elliot (40 points) continuing to avoid suspension, week after week, Zac has proved that him drafted Zeke was one of the best draft pickups of the year. With 3 TD's in Week 7, Elliot helped I Can't Think Of Anything Clever Yet overcome a matchup with Martellus All About It (2-5) with a 152-111 victory. Alex Smith (25 points) again put up an MVP performance in a loss against the Raiders, and continues to shine against all career odds that might have limited him before. Recently acquired James White (14 points) scored on a Tom Brady TD pass and will look to rise in stock for a Patriots offense that is finally picking up steam. Week 8 will feature a interesting matchup against TFuchs (3-4) which could be a high scoring affair between two of the contenders for the #4 seed on the 2017 Playoffs.

#6 TFuchs (3-4) Last Week: 19 (This Week: I Can't Think Of Anything Clever Yet)

The upset is complete! TFuchs took down Juan Too Many (5-2) in Week 7, snapping Josh's win streak and improving his own record to 3-4 on the season with a chance to jump up in the standings in Week 8. In the 141-122 victory against Juan Too Many, Derek Carr (32 points) silenced the doubters as the Raiders offense exploded through the air with 400+ passing yards and throwing for 3 TD's. Todd Gurley (24 points) and Doug Baldwin (24 points) both found the endzone multiple times in Week 7, giving TFuchs the needed boost that he needed to knock off Juan Too Many. TFuchs has a few great matchups going forward with excellent talent on his roster. Week 8 will feature I Can't Think Of Anything Clever Yet (4-3) in a battle for the #5 seed that could have potential playoff implications later down the line.

#7 Rudy Was Offsides (3-4) Last Week: 6 (This Week: Silly Nannies)

Rudy Was Offsides fell in Week 7 against a dominant Team Prime (6-1) team that put up 199 points to Rudy Was Offsides' 114 total points. In the loss, Rudy had a potential 160 points that could have been scored, but poor roster management left Dak Prescott (29 points) on the bench, which had Rudy Was Offsides been playing anyone else, could have been a deciding factor between a win and loss. Jordan Reed (26 points) was able to stay healthy for almost an entire game and scored multiple touchdowns to find paydirt for the first time this season. Along with LeVeon Bell (21 points) continuing to lead the way for a rising Pittsburgh offense, Rudy Was Offsides still is loaded with potential each week if the team can be managed properly. Week 8 will feature a solid matchup for Luke against Silly Nannies (6-1) can Rudy pull off the upset? Only time will tell.

#8 Ballz Deep! (3-4) Last Week: 11 (This Week: Gronkemon Go)

Ballz Deep! found a way to win in Week 7, with a 1 point victory over Game Of Jones (2-5), winning by a final score of 124-123 and holding off Kirk Cousins on the final play of the game. With the win, Ballz Deep! remains in playoff contention with a 3-4 record and could continue to make some noise throughout the regular season with some rising stars. Jared Cook (16 points) is finding a connection with Derek Carr, and has really made a name for himself in Oakland. Kenny Stills (26 points) scored 2 TD's from Matt Moore and could continue to see his stock rise as Moore is likely to start again in Week 8 for the Dolphins. Rob Kelley (4 points) and Frank Gore (3 points) still raise questions for Ballz Deep! in the running back position, but Week 8 could answer some of those questions as Ballz Deep! faces Gronkemon Go (2-5) in what could be a favorable matchup for Matt.

#9 Gronkemon Go (2-5) Last Week: 8 (This Week: Ballz Deep!)

With a loss in Week 7, Gronkemon Go continues to have a very disappointing 2017 season, despite having one of the most depth-filled rosters in the league. Falling to Hernandez Hitmen (5-2) in Week 7, by a final score of 120-165, Gronkemon Go was done in by poor performances by star players who have been very inconsistent all season long. Cam Newton (8 points) threw 2 pick sixes and is not the same MVP player that he was a few years earlier. Despite the dominant performance the Bears defense, Jordan Howard (6 points) and the Bears offense did not manage any ground in a defensive battle. Demaryius Thomas (2 points) and the Broncos offense continues to struggle in back to back weeks, while Larry Fitzgerald (5 points) lost his veteran quarterback Carson Palmer (arm) for the season. With 6 weeks remaining, can Gronkemon Go turn the corner and begin a comeback in time for the King Of The Shack Playoffs? Week 8 will be the telling point with a matchup against Ballz Deep! (3-4)

#10  Martellus All About It (2-5) Last Week: 7 (This Week: 99 Problems But A Lynch Ain't One)

Despite the acquisition of DeMarco Murray (9 points) in Week 7, Martellus All About It was done in by his poor performance, as well as many others in a 111-152 loss to I Can't Think Of Anything Clever Yet. (4-3) The loss is Logan's second in a row and the window is slowly closing for him to jump back into the driver seat and get his team to the 2017 KOTS Playoffs. In the loss, rookie back Leonard Fournette (Ankle) was a late game scratch, missing his first game of the season and limiting Martellus All About It's chances of putting up enough points to compete. T.Y Hilton (4 points) continues to struggle without Andrew Luck under the gun, and the odds of him returning this season are looking quite slim. Week 8 will give Martellus All About It a favorable matchup with 99 Problems But A Lynch Ain't One (1-6) a win could be the needed boost that Logan needs to make the playoffs, while a loss could all but spell disaster for the once highly favored team.

#11 Game Of Jones (2-5) Last Week: 10 (This Week: Juan Too Many)
Game Of Jones was just 22 yards short of a victory in Week 7, which saw him lose to Ballz Deep! in a 123-124 back-breaking defeat. Kirk Cousins' (23 points) incomplete pass to end the Monday night game could be the biggest "what if" of the 2017 King Of The Shack Fantasy Football League. Julio Jones (24 points) scored his first touchdown of the season, a sigh of relief for owners, but continues to seem lost within a depleted Falcons offense. The emphasized effort to get him the ball in Week 7, could be a bright spot for this team going forward. Latavius Murray (17 points) rode the bench this week, and for good reason, but could be another asset going forward to boost Game Of Jones into the final playoff spot. Week 8 will put Game Of Jones against Juan Too Many (5-2) a favorable matchup against a team struggling the last few weeks.

#12 - 99 Problems But A Lynch Ain't One (1-6) Last Week: 12 (This Week: Martellus All About It)

This could be an all time season for Juan. With a 1-6 record after 7 weeks, 99 Problems But A Lynch Ain't One could set a King Of The Shack Record for one of the worst seasons in league history. With a 113-125 loss to Silly Nannies (6-1) in Week 7, Juan has now lost 2 in a row and lost another star player for the season in Carson Palmer (Arm) With O.J Howard (27 points) on the bench, this was the one player who could have turned the tables for Juan and gave him late life in the regular season. Marshawn Lynch (Ejection) proved why he is a risky play each week, after running on the field and pushing a referee in the first half of the game. Aaron Jones (22 points) is bright spot on this squad, and could be the future going forward for the Green Bay Packers. Look for 99 Problems But A Lynch Ain't One to batten down the hatches and prepare for the worst the rest of the season as he loads up for next year. Week 8 will put Juan against Martellus All About It (2-5) in a matchup of bottom dwellers struggling to survive.
