Week 13 KOTS Power Rankings

2017 KOTS Week 13 Power Rankings
The Final week of the King Of The Shack Fantasy Football regular season is finally here! Owners have fought throughout the course of the season, and for some, it all comes down to Week 13 to make the season worth-while. While many teams have either secured a ticket straight to the offseason, a select few have mastered this season with pride and skill and are ready to do battle in the 2017 KOTS Playoffs. With 5 of the final 6 playoff spots already decided, Juan Too Many led by owner Josh Bruckert will play for the final spot this week. A loss still might sneak him in, but that is not a risk that Juan Too Many is wanting to take.

Week 12: Recap Statistics
Most Points Scored: Team Prime: 186 total points scored
Least Points Scored: Silly Nannies: 104 total points scored
Largest Margin of Victory: Team Prime: +82 points
Smallest Margin of Victory: Ballz Deep!: +6 points

Power Rankings

Clinched Top Seed- #1 - Team Prime (10-2) Last Week: 1 (This Week: Juan Too Many)

After suffering defeat in Week 11, Team Prime rebounded very nicely in Week 12, overwhelming Silly Nannies (7-5) by a final score of 186-104. In the 82 point blowout, Team Prime was led by rookie Alvin Kamara (36 points) who has been tearing up the league this season, dominating both on the ground and through the air. Marvin Jones (28 points) hauled in 2 TD's on Thanksgiving day, while adding 109 receiving yards on top of that to give him arguably his best game of the season. Russell Wilson (23 points) is again on fire late in the season, giving Team Prime an edge over everyone in the league right now at the quarterback position. With the #1 seed now clinched in this years playoffs, Team Prime can rest easy knowing that his Week 13 matchup with Juan Too Many (6-6) cannot change his fate as this years regular season champion.

X - #2 - Hernandez Hitmen (9-3) Last Week: 2 (This Week: 99 Problems But A Lynch Ain't One)

Week 12 brought a bit of a scare for Hernandez Hitmen, who was looking to secure the #2 seed in the KOTS Playoffs by wining his 4th straight matchup. While the 145-135 victory over Rudy Was Offsides (4-8) was a bit closer than expected, it appears that Hernandez Hitmen, led by Noah Ballweg will be ready for any test that comes his way when the playoffs begin in Week 14. Antonio Brown (40 points) hauled in 2 TD's this week against the Packers, giving him 5 TD's in his last two games, while Brandin Cooks (21 points) also found the endzone giving him double digit game for three weeks in a row now. Hunter Henry (18 points) dominated on the receiver end against the Cowboys, catching 5 passes for 70+ yards and a touchdown. Hernandez Hitmen can finish the season on a 5 game win streak heading into the playoffs, if Noah can take care of business against 99 Problems But A Lynch Ain't One (4-8) who is getting hot late as the season winds down.

X - #3 - I Can't Think Of Anything Clever Yet (8-4) Last Week: 3 (This Week: Rudy Was Offsides)

I Can't Think Of Anything Clever Yet fell short of victory in Week 12, being upset by 99 Problems But A Lynch Ain't One (4-8) by a final score of 139-163. The loss still puts Zac in great position heading into the post-season, but the does raise some eyebrows as a few of Zac's key players have been struggling. Alex Smith (12 points) went from MVP candidate, back to normal Alex Smith this back half of the season, and did it again in Week 12 against the Bills. While Devante Adams (19 points) continues his rapport with Brett Hundley, his 82 receiving yards were not enough to bring I Can't Think Of Anything Clever Yet back into arms length of this one. Zac holds one of the most talented rosters in the league, and will no doubt be a force in the KOTS Playoffs in a weeks time, but if a team can catch him on an off day again, we could see another upset. Week 13 will put Zac up against Rudy Was Offsides (4-8) in a regular season finale that is sure to be entertaining.

X - #4 Gronkemon Go (7-5) Last Week: 5 (This Week: TFuchs)

Gronkemon Go is hotter than a summer day in Mexico, winning his 5th straight matchup in Week 12, against Martellus All About It (4-8) winning by a close score of 126-119. The win boosts Gronkemon Go currently into the 4th playoff spot if he maintains this play and could be the dark horse candidate to win the KOTS Playoffs. After being in 9th place, just 5 weeks ago, Gronkemon Go has turned the corner and is ready to take on anyone. Cam Newton (16 points) has the Carolina Panthers in playoff contention, and is the motor behind a now powerful offense, and Devin Funchess (17 points) is his counterpart as the tandem terrorizes the rest of the league. Jack Doyle (16 points) is lights out at the tight end position, giving Gronkemon Go a great advantage from that standpoint as well. In Week 13, Gronkemon Go will have to be firing on all cyliders, as TFuchs (5-7) comes to town, desperate for a win. If Justin can get consistent play from his team, which has been the only knock all year, he could find himself hoisting the Shack Daddy trophy at years end.

X - #5 Silly Nannies (7-5) Last Week: 4 (This Week: Ballz Deep!)

The Silly Nannies train continues to roll on, and Jake will make his first playoff appearance since joining the King Of The Shack Fantasy Football League. With a 7-5 record, Silly Nannies can solidify the #5 spot in the playoffs with a win in week 13. Unfortunately, Jake fell victim to the league dominator, Team Prime (10-2) in Week 12, losing by a final score of 104-186, in one of Silly Nannies worst performances of the year. Better to get it out of the way now. Despite Case Keenum (27 points) and Adrian Peterson (13 points) putting up some excellent numbers, given their matchups, Jake was unable to get that effort from the rest of his team as only 5 of his 13 starters were able to reach double digits. Michael Crabtree (Suspended) was tossed in Week 12 for fighting, and will now miss the Week 13 game, putting Silly Nannies in a bit of a hole if Juju Smith-Schuster (Hamstring) is unable to go this weekend as well. In Week 13, Silly Nannies will wrap up the regular season with a matchup against Ballz Deep! (5-7) with the potential to either jump into the 4 seed, or fall to the 6th, all hands must be on deck for Jake this weekend.

#6 - Juan Too Many (6-6) Last Week: 6 (This Week: Team Prime)

It all comes down to this for Juan Too Many. Week 13. With only 1 win in the last 6 weeks, Juan Too Many is reeling, and desperate for a win. With the 6th and final position still open, it is Juan Too Many's for the taking if he can take care of business in Week 13. In Week 12, Juan Too many fell short of the goal against Ballz Deep! (5-7) losing by a close score of 134-140. For Josh, the poor efforts of Mark Ingram (5 points) and Jerick McKinnon (6 points) greatly cost him in this one, falling below their expected out put and costing Juan Too Many a very big game. Despite Zach Ertz (26 points) putting up a monster effort after finally getting healthy, it was not enough as Rishard Matthew (0 points) was blanked against the Colts defense and lost Juan Too Many the matchup. In Week 13, Team Prime (10-2) awaits, while a loss will not immediately knock Juan Too Many out of the playoffs, it most certainly could. If TFuchs can get a win, and score enough points to jump Juan Too Many in the standings the deed will be done. A win and Josh is in, a loss and it will come down to the final scores!

#7 TFuchs (5-7) Last Week: 9 (This Week: Gronkemon Go)

TFuchs is still alive, and while the odds are stacked against him, there is still light at the end of the tunnel and barring a miracle, TFuchs could sneak into the playoffs as the #6 seed. In Week 12, Tyler took down Game Of Jones (3-9) by a final score of 156-135, giving TFuchs his fifth win of the season and keeping his hopes alive. Rookies Joe Mixon (25 points) and Robby Anderson (32 points) both finding their rhythm late in the season, TFuchs is a team that can rack up the points in a hurry and do some damage. Todd Gurley (16 points) has been a menace all season long, and Tyler will have to rely on some big performances from this trio if he wants that final playoff position. In Week 13 the perfect storm is brewing. Gronkemon Go (7-5) welcomes TFuchs in what should be a barn burner, Tyler will have to have a high scoring output no matter what, and if he can knock off Justin, then it will come down to a bit of luck to get him into the 2017 KOTS Playoffs!
#8 Ballz Deep! (5-7) Last Week: 7 (This Week: Silly Nannies)

While technically the playoffs are not out of the question, the odds are stacked up against Ballz Deep! heading into Week 13. Despite a monumental victory in Week 12, which saw Ballz Deep! take down Juan Too Many (6-6) by a final score of 140-134, a miracle would have to take place for Kipp to make it into the playoffs. In Week 12, Keenan Allen (34 points), Jamison Crowder (27 points) and Alshon Jeffrey (16 points) all had huge performances, and Ballz Deep! would have to rely on a replication of these scores, and maybe more if he wanted to jump both TFuchs (5-7) and Juan Too Many (6-6) to get the final playoff spot. With Marcus Mariota (7 points) struggling to produce consistency this year, it could be the end of the line for Ballz Deep! who has fought hard all season long. In Week 13, Silly Nannies (7-5) will face off against Matt, in a very important game for both teams, if Ballz Deep! cannot make the playoffs, look for him to at least play spoiler over Silly Nannies regular season finale.

E - #9 Martellus All About It (4-8) Last Week: 8 (This Week: Game Of Jones)

Alas, the Cinderella story that Martellus All About It had once hoped for has now vanished, as the KOTS Playoffs are now out of reach for Logan after a Week 12 defeat. The loss brings pain, for the first year owner, but Martellus All About It will now fight for the #1 pick in the 2018 Draft as the post-season approaches. In his very close loss to Gronkemon Go (7-5), falling 119-126 Martellus All About it was let down at multiple positional players who simply did not show up on Sunday. Leonard Fournette (6 points) put forth another disappointing performance, in what has been a dreadful second half of the season for the rookie. T.Y Hilton (3 points) and Emmanuel Sanders (4 points) both have been up and down players this season and proved it once again in Week 12 with miserable performances. In Week 13, Martellus All About It will wrap up the regular season with a matchup against Game Of Jones (3-9) as the two face off in what will likely be a preview for a future matchup in the Losers Bracket come playoff time.

E - #10 99 Problems But A Lynch Ain't One (4-8)  Last Week: 11 (This Week: Hernandez Hitmen)

When you look at the injuries that have decimated this 99 Problems But A Lynch Ain't One, you have to sit in appreciation for owner Juan Dominguez, who has raised this team from the pit of misery, up to a 4-8 record as the regular season is about to end. Dilly dilly! Juan has faced tough situations all year and has battled valiantly, missing out on 3, what could have been victories, and had the game-script gone a bit differently, we could be looking at a playoff team even with all of the key injuries. In Week 12, 99 Problems But A Lynch Ain't One took down I Can't Think Of Anything Clever Yet (8-4) by a final score of 163-139. It was a huge upset throughout the league and although Juan has been eliminated from the playoffs, he looks promising to make a run at the #1 pick in the draft as the playoffs begin. Jared Goff (20 points) and the Chargers DST (22 points) have been very hot as of late and should continue to make strides as the season continues. In Week 13, Juan will end the season with another upset bid against Hernandez Hitmen (9-3) in what should be one of the most watched matchups of the weekend.

E - #11 Rudy Was Offsides (4-8) Last Week: 10 (This Week: I Can't Think Of Anything Clever Yet)

Oh no! What is that off in the distance!? A bird! A plane!? No, its the memories of the 2008 Detroit Lions, and its heading straight this way! Rudy Was Offsides has been eliminated from the 2017 KOTS Playoffs after a very disappointing season. Due maybe to a bit of owner action, Luke didn't have it in him this year as his Rudy Was Offsides team sits at 4-8 with one week in the regular season to go. In Week 12, Rudy Was Offsides fell in a close matchup with Hernandez Hitmen (9-3) losing by a final score of 135-145. With Le'Veon Bell (28 points) and Jamaal Williams (28 points) both putting up huge performances on the ground, Luke kept this one interesting, but the very poor play of Dak Prescott (3 points) ultimately did Rudy Was Offsides in, and cost him dearly. Luke will look to rebound in Week 13, facing off against I Can't Think Of Anything Clever Yet (8-4), where he will play the underdog role.

E - #12 - Game Of Jones (3-9) Last Week: 12 (This Week: Martellus All About It)

Game Of Jones is in the cellar, re-thinking the season and trying to put the pieces of a broken fantasy back together. Nathan fell victim to TFuchs (5-7) in Week 12, losing by a score of 135-156, giving Game Of Jones a league high 9 losses on the season, and putting him into contention for the #1 pick in next years 2018 KOTS Draft. Despite Julio Jones (51 points) coming alive, and Kyle Rudolph (22 points) putting out good numbers on the offensive end as well, the two combined for 73 of the 135 total that Game Of Jones was able to produce. In Week 13, Game Of Jones will look to build a bit of confidence heading into the Losers Bracket in a weeks time. Martellus All About It (4-8) will face-off against Nathan in a battle between two of the bottom dwellers.

Week 12 KOTS Power Rankings

2017 KOTS Week 12 Power Rankings
Happy Thanksgiving! Only two weeks remain before the annual King Of The Shack Playoffs. 4 teams clinched a playoff berth in Week 11, while two teams finally reached elimination. That leaves 6 team still standing in contention for the final 2 playoff positions that remain. With the NFL Bye weeks now behind us, all teams are at full strength and ready to push through to the end in hopes of claiming this years Shack Daddy trophy and pocketing the pool money. With some big upsets in Week 11, team owners are proving to be hungrier than ever to make the playoffs, a trend that should continue in the week ahead. Lets recap how each team fared last week.

Week 11: Recap Statistics
Most Points Scored: Gronkemon Go: 181 total points scored
Least Points Scored: TFuchs: 65 total points scored
Largest Margin of Victory: Hernandez Hitmen: +100 points
Smallest Margin of Victory: Ballz Deep!: +2 points

Power Rankings

X - #1 - Team Prime (9-2) Last Week: 1 (This Week: Silly Nannies)
Team Prime missed out on a key opportunity to clinch the #1 seed and 1st round BYE with a difficult loss to Gronkemon Go (6-5) in Week 11. Missing Christian McCaffrey (BYE) this week was a big blow for the league leader this season, which helped underdog Justin pull out the 162-181 victory. In the losing effort, Russell Wilson (31 points) played a terrific game against the Falcons in a game that came down to the final play. Despite the Seahawks' struggles, Wilson has proved to be a QB1 week in and week out and could be the difference maker for Team Prime in the playoffs. With Robert Woods (Shoulder) likely missing a few weeks, Team Prime must fill the void at the WR position which is move the league will keep a close eye one. In Week 12, Silly Nannies (7-4) comes to town against Team Prime in what could be a playoff preview for both teams.

X - #2 - Hernandez Hitmen (8-3) Last Week: 2 (This Week: Rudy Was Offsides)
With a crushing defeat of TFuchs (4-7) in Week 11, Hernandez Hitmen keeps his hope for one of the top seeds in the 2017 KOTS Playoffs alive. With his 100 point, 165-65 victory over Hernandez Hitmen, Noah proved why his team will be a tough out in the playoffs, with multiple big point abilities from a variety of positions. Antonio Brown (42 points) hauled in 3 TD's in the Steelers Week 11 win over the Titans, the high pick that Hernandez Hitmen gave up for Brown is finally paying off and Brown's potential is trending up heading into the final weeks of the season. Brandin Cooks (26 points) also found the endzone in Week 11, putting up 150 receiving yards and silencing the doubters that he is not worthy of being a top tier fantasy receiver. With David Johnson (Wrist) likely now being shut down for the rest of the season, Hernandez Hitmen will look to lean on struggling rookie back Kareem Hunt (10 points) to lead him the rest of the way. In Week 12, Noah will face off against Rudy Was Offsides (4-7), the win would eliminate Luke from the playoffs, while giving Hernandez Hitmen a shot at the #1 or #2 seed in the playoffs.

X - #3 - I Can't Think Of Anything Clever Yet (8-3) Last Week: 3 (This Week: 99 Problems But A Lynch Ain't One)
I Can't Think Of Anything Clever Yet capped off his 5th straight victory in Week 11, continuing to amazing the KOTS league owners this season and positioning himself for a strong playoff run starting in Week 14. In his matchup with Juan Too Many (6-5) in Week 11, Zac dismantled Josh down to the end, winning convincingly by a final score of 141-109. Despite a poor performance from Alex Smith (7 points), Zac was able to get a great output from Adam Thielen (24 points) and Jimmy Graham (20 points) both whom have proven to be steals for this team and will be the difference makers heading into the playoffs. Davante Adams (20 points) lucked out in being the one and only target for Brett Hundley and the Packers offense, and he will continue to see a surge in targets as the next few weeks move forward. Week 12 brings a matchup with 99 Problems But A Lynch Ain't One (3-8). Zac is favored to win this matchup, but look for Juan to make a strong upset bid with his revamped team.

X - #4 - Silly Nannies (7-4) Last Week: 4 (This Week: Team Prime)
In Week 11, Silly Nannies found paydirt and clinched the King Of The Shack Playoffs for the first time in his career and will now set his sights on the Shack Daddy trophy as the regular season winds down. A 126-90 romp of Game Of Jones (3-8) boosted Jake's record to 7-4 on the year with just two weeks remaining on the schedule. Although there was very poor play from Eli Manning (8 points) LeGarrette Blount (5 points) and Adrian Peterson (4 points) Silly Nannies still managed to somehow get enough production out of the rest of his starters to secure the victory. Stephen Gostowski (20 points) showed major range in the kicking game against the Raiders, a matchup that was held in the high altitudes of Mexico City. With a huge matchup coming in Week 12 for Silly Nannies, all of the cards will have to be on the table for this one. Team Prime (9-2) brings his high scoring team up against Jake in what could be a very intriguing matchup right before the playoffs begin.

#5 Gronkemon Go (6-5) Last Week: 6 (This Week: Martellus All About It)
Gronkemon Go did what only one other team has done so far this season, take down league leader Team Prime (9-2). In his Week 11 upset over Tyler, Justin saw one of the most balanced attacks in league history with 8 of his 13 players scoring in double digits, 3 of those scoring more than 20 points a piece. Winning by an overwhelming score of 181-162, Larry Fitzgerald (24 points) and Ben Roethlisberger (28 points) proved why it can be so essential to have a few veteran leaders on your team that you can consistently rely on. With Tevin Coleman (12 points) all but seemingly haven taken over the Falcons backfield, look for him to be the X-Factor on this roster of high scorers. Gronkemon Go welcomes back a handful of talented players in Week 12, which he will glady need in a tough matchup with Martellus All About It (4-7). A win could all but seal up Gronkemon Go's playoff bid, while a loss could put Justin in danger of falling out of the playoff race. Keep an eye on this one.

#6 Juan Too Many (6-5) Last Week: 5 (This Week: Ballz Deep!)
The injury bug has caught team Juan Too Many at the worst time in the year. With two weeks to go in the regular season, Juan Too Many is reeling with injuries, and in danger of missing out on the playoffs for the first time since the 2014 inaugural season. In Week 11, Juan Too Many fell in a disappointing loss to I Can't Think Of Anything Clever Yet (8-3) by a score of 109-141. Chris Thompson (Leg) arguably one of the hottest players in the 2017 season, went down with a broken leg injury and will be out for the rest of the season, while Jordy Nelson (4 points) is really struggling to find any rhythm with Brett Hundley in the Packers offense. Zach Ertz (2 points) returned from a hamstring injury in Week 11, but was limited and ineffective in the Eagles romp of the Cowboys. Juan Too Many will have to look to Mark Ingram (24 points) to ground and pound his way into the endzone the rest of the season if Josh wants a chance at making it back to the championship round. Week 12 will be another tough test with Ballz Deep! (4-7) in a must win situation for both teams. With a win, Juan Too Many could all but solidify his playoff spot, while a loss could mean imminent disaster for a team that was once hailed as the best in the league.

#7 Ballz Deep! (4-7) Last Week: 11 (This Week: Juan Too Many)

Don't count out Ballz Deep! just quite yet! With a miraculous victory over Martellus All About It (4-7) in Week 11, Kipp could have just set himself up for a late season surge which could propel him in the 2017 Playoffs in the cards fall in his favor. Taking down a strong Martellus All About It team was no easy task, but Ballz Deep! squeezed out the 2 point, 136-134 victory in dramatic fashion, winning on the last play of the Monday Night Football game. Keenan Allen (39 points) erupted against the Buffalo Bills, scoring 2 TD's while amassing 160+ yards through the air. It was a huge lift for Ballz Deep! and a confidence boost for Allen who had been shut down the past few weeks. In addition to Allen's big performance, Alshon Jeffrey (18 points) now has double digit games in 4 of his last 5 outings, and will look to continue that trend as the Eagles offense terrorizes the NFL. In Week 12, Juan Too Many (6-5) stands in between Ballz Deep! and his playoff hopes. If Kipp can win out, he would arguably hold the tie breaker against Justin or Josh and could find himself playing the underdog in this years King Of The Shack Playoffs.

#8 - Martellus All About It (4-7) Last Week: 8 (This Week: Gronkemon Go)
All the kings horses, and all the kings men, couldn't put Martellus All About It back together again. The odds are looking slim for Martellus All About It heading into Week 12. With a 4-7 record and a tough slate ahead of him, Logan may have missed out on his playoff hopes this season with a tough 134-136 loss to Ballz Deep! (4-7) in Week 11. Although a glimmer of hope still remains, Martellus All About It can only hope to win out in the regular season and rely on the help of a few other teams to propel one of the leagues most dangerous teams into the playoffs. Emmanuel Sanders (3 points) Rob Gronkowski (6 points) and DeMarco Murray (9 points) all under performing in Week 11, the rest of Martellus All About It's squad was not able to make up for the lack in points, leading to defeat. We can except better performances in Week 12 from these players, as well as another strong outing from Orlean Darkwa (16 points) who has some terrific matchups ahead of him in a Giants offense that will look to him to lead the way through the rest of the regular season. Gronkemon Go (6-5) is hoping to clinch his playoff berth in Week 12 against Martellus All About It. Logan will have to assemble his best lineup and hope for the best if he has any hopes of salvaging what has been an up and down first season.

#9 TFuchs (4-7) Last Week: 7 (This Week: Game Of Jones)

65 total points!? Playoffs!? Are you kidding me...Playoffs!? TFuchs was taken behind the woodshed in Week 11, in a historic 65-165 loss to Hernandez Hitmen (8-3) which severely hurt Tyler's chances of making the playoffs. With 5 of his 13 starters putting up goose-eggs, the going was tough from the get go for TFuchs. Duke Johnson (16 points) and Todd Gurley (13 points) were the lone bright spots for this team, as both backs have been producing at a high level over the last few weeks, a trend that should continue going forward. If TFuchs can take down Game Of Jones (3-8) in Week 12, his playoff hopes will still be alive, if he can win out the rest of the regular season and land a bit of luck from some other teams in the league as well. It has been a rocky inaugural season for TFuchs, but the future looks bright for the savy owner.

#10 Rudy Was Offsides (4-7) Last Week: 9 (This Week: Hernandez Hitmen)

Things are looking quite perilous for Rudy Was Offsides, who lost in Week 11 to a under achieving 99 Problems But A Lynch Ain't One (3-8) team. The loss dropped Rudy Was Offsides to a 4-7 record on the season, as he likely will be eliminated in Week 12, against Hernandez Hitmen (8-3) the season has been disappointing to say the least for Luke who has been unable to keep any type of momentum moving forward throughout the season. In his 144-110 loss to Juan, Dak Prescott (-1) had a terrible showing against the Eagles, in a matchup that saw the Cowboys score no touchdowns whatsoever. LeVeon Bell (18 points) is still the strong suite of this team and Luke will look to rely on him in the 2018 season as well. Deandre Hopkins (17 points) also continues to thrive in the Houston offense, but Luke has been able to put together the wins this season, leading to the poor record. In Week 12, Rudy Was Offsides will face Hernandez Hitmen, in what is presumed to be a one-sided matchup, but Rudy will hope for a miracle to keep his playoff hopes alive.

E - #11 99 Problems But A Lynch Ain't One (3-8)  Last Week: 12 (This Week: I Can't Think Of Anything Clever Yet)
After too many weeks stuck down in the cellar, 99 Problems But A Lynch Ain't One emerges up to the #11 spot in this weeks King Of The Shack Power Rankings, after defeating Rudy Was Offsides (4-7) in Week 11. The win gives Juan a 3-8 record with 2 weeks to go in the regular season, and despite being eliminated from playoff contention, 99 Problems But A Lynch Ain't One could still finish the season with a finish in the top 8 in the league. In his 144-110 victory over Rudy Was Offsides, Juan leaned on Corey Coleman (14 points) who was activated off the Browns IR earlier in the week and looks to have returned to full form after missing most of the season. Latavius Murray (22 points) rushed for 95 yards and 2 scores in the Vikings dismantling of the Redskins, while the Chargers DST (22 points) picked off the Bills 5 times...yes 5! In Week 12, 99 Problems But A Lynch Ain't One will face off against I Can't Think Of Anything Clever Yet (8-3). After pulling off the upset in Week 11, Juan will look to do the same again this week.

E - #12 Game Of Jones (3-8) Last Week: 10 (This Week: TFuchs)
The high hopes that Game Of Jones brought into the season have all but disappeared. With a 3-8 record heading into Week 12, Game Of Jones has been eliminated from the 2017 KOTS Playoffs and will have to start preparing for the 2018 season in hopes of reviving his franchise. In Week 11, Game Of Jones lost 90-126 to Silly Nannies (7-4) in a matchup that really never was as close as the experts predicted it would be. Kirk Cousins (25 points) was the lone bright spot for Game Of Jones in Week 11, as 8 of his 13 starters were unable to make it into double digits, 6 of those not even scoring more than 3 points. Julio Jones (12 points) has again been a bust thus far, and owner Nathan must be very frustrated in the high pick that spent on him earlier in the season. With only 1 touchdown this season, compared to the 6 of 2016, Julio will have some explaining to do come seasons end. Week 12 puts Game Of Jones up against TFuchs (4-7). A matchup of bottom dwellars, Nathan can pull off the upset and eliminate TFuchs from the playoffs with a win.

Week 11 KOTS Power Rankings

2017 KOTS Week 11 Power Rankings
The playoffs are getting closer day by day, Week 11 now begins in the King Of The Shack Fantasy Football League, after a Week 10 that solidified some playoff hopes for a few owners, while all but eliminating the chances of victory for a few as well. The hunt for the Shack Daddy Trophy is heating up and right now no team looks to be in comparison to Team Prime who is led by a onslaught of rookie running backs running the show right now. Silly Nannies suffered a crushing defeat at the hands of Gronkemon Go late in the 4th quarter in the Panthers Monday night win, dropping Jake to his third straight loss and on the verge of missing the playoffs. These next three weeks will be pivotal for every team, playoff hopes are on the line as everyone's eyes will be set on taking down the defending champion come Week 14.

Week 10: Recap Statistics
Most Points Scored: Team Prime: 172 total points scored

Least Points Scored: Ballz Deep!: 82 total points scored

Largest Margin of Victory: I Can't Think Of Anything Clever Yet: +84 points

Smallest Margin of Victory: Gronkemon Go: +8 points

Power Rankings
#1 - Team Prime (9-1) Last Week: 1 (This Week: Gronkemon Go)

Team Prime is one win one win away from locking up the #1 seed in the 2017 KOTS Playoffs, which would secure himself a first round bye and almost guarantee a straight shot into the playoffs. At this point, Tyler rarely has to adjust his lineup as the dynamic depth that he has amassed on his team is absolutely mind numbing. Now with 8 straight wins, Team Prime carried his momentum into his defeat of Game Of Jones (3-7) in Week 10, toppling Nathan by a final score of 172-125. Alvin Kamara (24 points) is putting on a show in his rookie season, climbing the league rankings and dominating opposing defenses on the ground and through the air. Christian McCaffrey (19 points) has 3 TD's in his last two games and is proving why he was worthy of Team Prime's second round pick earlier this year. The most surprising performer however, was Robert Woods (37 points) who scored on a 94 yard touchdown pass for the Rams, arguably the best play a fantasy player could ever make. With a playoff spot secure, Team Prime will look to take down Gronkemon Go (5-5) in Week 11. This will be a big matchup with implications for both teams and could possibly be a future matchup down the road in the playoffs.

#2 - Hernandez Hitmen (7-3) Last Week: 2 (This Week: TFuchs)

Hernandez Hitmen cruised to victory in Week 10, improving his overall record to 7-3 on the season and one win away from securing a playoff spot in the 2017 KOTS Playoffs. In his 129-108 victory over Martellus All About it (4-6) Hernandez Hitmen overcame a few obstacles, but questions still remain as to whether this team has true championship talent heading into the post-season. Antonio Brown (7 points) was lost in the struggling Pittsburgh offense that is now favoring a talented rookie receiver. Noah will need Brown to get back to his WR1 potential if he has any chance of winning the championship this season. Golden Tate (21 points) scored for the second straight week, as the PPR monster continues to propel Hernandez Hitmen's offense late down the stretch. Austin Hooper (16 points) also found the endzone for the second straight week and hauled in a handful of receptions in the Falcons defeat of the Cowboys in Week 10. If Hooper can keep building a rapport with Matt Ryan he could be a sneaky play each week. Looking ahead to Week 11, a tough matchup arises with TFuchs (4-6) coming to town hot off a crucial victory. A win knocks Tyler out of the playoffs, while a loss for Hernandez Hitmen could spell certain disaster with only 3 weeks to go.

#3 I Can't Think Of Anything Clever Yet (7-3) Last Week: 4 (This Week: Juan Too Many)

I Can't Think Of Anything Clever Yet is getting hotter each week, and at just the right time. Now with his 4th straight victory after defeating Ballz Deep! (3-7) 166-82, Zac is in the drivers seat of his destiny with a chance to lock up a playoff spot in Week 11. In Week 10's win, I Can't Think Of Anything Clever Yet was led in large part by his receiving core of Adam Thielen (30 points) Davante Adams (20 points) and A.J Green (22 points) all who found the endzone this weekend and had monstrous games through the air. While we don't expect that these point total will continue throughout the coming weeks, it certainly is a mismatch that Zac holds over his opponents each week. With Jimmy Graham (20 points) finding his stride in the Seahawks offense, this team is more dangerous than ever and could make a run at the championship in a few weeks. Week 11 brings a playoff preview matchup as Juan Too Many (6-4) welcomes the tough I Can't Think Of Anything Clever Yet team with major playoff implications on the line. Both teams are hungry for the win, but only one will come out on top.

#4 Silly Nannies (6-4) Last Week: 3 (This Week: Game Of Jones)

The hopes that Silly Nannies once had for the season are beginning to fade fast, after his third loss in as many weeks puts Jake on the brink on missing out on the King Of The Shack Playoffs. With his 6-4 record the odds are still in his favor, but these next three weeks will be critical for Silly Nannies currently tied for the #4 seed in the playoffs. Week 10 brought an unexpected upset for Silly Nannies who was taken down by Grokemon Go (5-5) on Monday night, by a final score of 148-140. Silly Nannies had a terrific week in Week 10, with Sterling Shepard (25 points) and JuJu Smith-Schuster (20 points) having a solid day on the receiving end of things, but it was the poor play of Wayne Gallman (2 points) and Adrian Peterson (3 points) who came up short on the ground and cost Silly Nannies a big win. Looking ahead to a must win matchup, Silly Nannies will take on Game Of Jones (3-7) in Week 11 in the hopes of snapping the losing streak and moving up in the league standings as the playoffs near.

#5 - Juan Too Many (6-4) Last Week: 5 (This Week: I Can't Think Of Anything Clever Yet)

Juan Too Many came away with a big win in Week 10 against a tough 99 Problems But A Lynch Ain't One (2-8) team. While the record speaks for itself, Juan came into the matchup ready to pull off the upset, but credit owner Josh Bruckert and his strategic expertise to counter the efforts of Juan. Ultimately disposing 99 Problems But A Lynch Ain't One by a final score of 122-91, Josh received a big boost from Tom Brady (22 points) who threw for 3 TD's in a rout of the Broncos, while Mark Ingram (31 points) also ran for a trio of touchdowns in the Saints blowout win over the Bills. With Mike Evans (Suspension) out this week, Juan Too Many leaned on these big performances to propel his team to victory. In Week 11, another battle faces Josh. I Can't Think Of Anything Yet (7-3) will be knocking at the door as a win for either team could flip the tables come playoff time. It should be a battle for the ages.

#6 - Gronkemon Go (5-5) Last Week: 7 (This Week: Team Prime)

3 wins in a row and Gronkemon Go is on top of the world after a come from behind 148-140 victory over Silly Nannies (6-4). The win dispelled the high hopes of Silly Nannies while giving Gronkemon Go some serious momentum with the 2017 KOTS Playoffs looming in the near future. Cam Newton (35 points) and Devin Funchess (26 points) both had a huge night against the Dolphins on Monday night leading to the comeback, but it was the upstart performance of veteran Larry Fitzgerald (21 points) who got the week started off on a high note for Gronkemon Go. Justin's destiny is sitting right in his lap, at the moment he holds on to the #6 seed in the playoffs, but has a chance to climb in the league standings, or to fall. Gronkemon Go will have to be firing on all cylinders if he wants to make some noise heading into the playoffs. Week 11 puts Gronkemon Go's season in jeopardy with a matchup with Team Prime (9-1) a chance to shake up the King Of The Shack Fantasy Football League in a big way.

#7   TFuchs (4-6) Last Week: 9 (This Week: Hernandez Hitmen)

TFuchs is not going away just yet! A mammoth win in Week 10 against Rudy Was Offsides (4-6) boosts Tyler up into the #7 spot of this weeks King Of The Shack Power Rankings, and with a few key victories down the stretch, TFuchs could be looking at a potential playoff bid come Week 14. TFuchs took down Rudy Was Offsides by a score of 151-105, in a matchup that never was really close, as Todd Gurley (18 points) and company led a balanced attack from all facets of the game to overwhelm Luke. Robby Anderson (18 points) is finally beginning to live up to the preseason hype as he and Josh McCown (12 points) have built up a nice connection. TFuchs had 10 of his 13 starters in double digits, and anytime you can get a performance like that from your team, its going to almost always spell out victory. The competition gets a bit tougher in Week 11, as Hernandez Hitmen (7-3) welcomes the efforts of TFuchs. Another chance for an upset bid for Tyler in a game that will be closer than the experts predict.

#8 Martellus All About It (4-6) Last Week: 7 (This Week: Ballz Deep!)

Martellus All About It suffered a tough loss in Week 10, while his playoff chances are hanging by a thread, Logan still has this team in prime position to make a run at the playoffs in his first year in the league. Losing by a final score of 108-129, Martellus All About it was led by big efforts from DeMarco Murray (29 points) and Emmanuel Sanders (19 points) but it was the performances from the rest of his team that gave him a costly defeat in Week 10. Leonard Fournette (6 points) has had a rough month of October in the NFL while the Broncos DST (-4 points) looks to have all but lost its edge with a struggling offense. With the acquisition of Marquis Lee in Week 11, Martellus All About It will hope to win out the rest of the season as he clings to his playoff hopes. A matchup with Ballz Deep! (3-7) awaits and Logan will look to return to his winning ways.

#9 Rudy Was Offsides (4-6) Last Week: 8 (This Week: 99 Problems But A Lynch Ain't One)

Rudy Was Offsides fell in defeat to TFuchs (4-6) by an embarrassing score of 105-151 and dropping what was once a highly favored team to make the playoffs, into a questionable bubble team that will have to fight its way into the 2017 KOTS Playoffs if Rudy wants a shot at the title. Doug Martin (5 points) and Devonta Freeman (0 points) both have been disappointments thus far late into the season, which is really hurting Rudy Was Offsides from a scoring standpoint at the running back position. Despite DeAndre Hopkins (18 points) and Michael Thomas (20 points) putting up big points for Luke this week, it was simply not enough with the poor performances from the rest of his team that struggled to produce. A favorable matchup with 99 Problems But A Lynch Ain't One (2-8) gives Luke some breathing room and will need to take care of business against Juan in Week 11 if he wants to keep his playoff hopes alive. It is win or go home from here on out for Luke.

#10 - Game Of Jones (3-7) Last Week: 10 (This Week: Silly Nannies)

Game Of Jones is not out of it yet, barring a miracle end to the season, Nathan could still make the playoffs with three straight wins and a bit of luck and that is just what Game Of Jones is hoping for. Sitting at 3-7 with three weeks to go, Game Of Jones did not help his cause in Week 10, when he fell to league powerhouse Team Prime (9-1) by a score of 172-125. An unfortunate draw for Game Of Jones, as the 125 points scored could have earned him a victory against some other teams in the league. Isaiah Crowell (16 points) found some life in the Browns offense in Week 10, finding the endzone and having a solid day on the ground. Jonathan Stewart (11 points) also got the ground game going with 70+ rushing yards and new found life with the departure of Kelvin Benjamin (7 points) who has yet to find a solidified role in the Buffalo Bills offense. With Silly Nannies (6-4) coming to town in Week 11 against Game of Jones, all the tricks will be on the table with it being a must win situation for both teams.

#11 - Ballz Deep! (3-7) Last Week: 11 (This Week: Martellus All About It)

Ballz Deep! sits in a bit of a rut coming down the final stretch of the season. After a humiliating 166-82 loss to I Can't Think Of Anything Clever Yet (7-3) Kipp now stares face to face with the postseason in an uphill climb that looks nearly impossible. In Week 10, Ballz Deep! was led by Mitchell Trubisky (15 points) who led all scorers in Matt's offensive output, while 11 of the 13 starters for Ballz Deep! failed to reach double digits in one of the worst collaborative performances we have seen in years. Keenan Allen (8 points) was held in check all afternoon against a tough Jaguars defense, while Ted Ginn Jr. (1 point) has now proven to be a very hot and cold player within a surprisingly run-heaven Saints offense. Ballz Deep! will get one more shot at it in Week 11 against Martellus All About It (4-6). An upset could be in the making, giving Kipp another shot at his playoff hopes, but he will have to take it one week at a time and take care of business against Logan.

#12 -
99 Problems But A Lynch Ain't One (2-8) Last Week: 12 (This Week: Rudy Was Offsides)

99 Problems But A Lynch Ain't One was eliminated from playoff contention in Week 10, as Juan fell to Juan Too Many (6-4) by a final score of 91-122. In what was a favorable matchup for Juan early in the week, Juan Too Many mustered up enough will power to put away the upset-minded 99 Problems But A Lynch Ain't One. Jared Goff (26 points) was the bright spot amidst a shaky weekend for Juan, Goff threw for 4 TD's in the Rams win and really has proved his worth in the 2017 season. Latavius Murray (12 points) a waiver pickup for Juan, found the endzone against the Redskins and seems to have control of the Vikings run game for the time being. As is the story of Juan's season, rookie Aaron Jones (MCL) went down with what will be a season ending injury, summarizing the season that 99 Problems But A Lynch Ain't One has had. Maybe it really is the name? While Juan loads up on draft picks for the 2018 season, which is sure to be a dandy for him, Week 11 brings a matchup with Rudy Was Offsides (4-6) where we will see if Juan can sneak in a few more wins before seasons end.
