Week 4 KOTS Power Rankings

2017 KOTS Week 4 Power Rankings

Week 3 finished up last night as the Dallas Cowboys got a much needed win over the reeling Arizona Cardinals. While the world watched Dez Bryant and Zeke Elliot carry their team to a win, the King of the Shack gang was keeping an eye on their final box scores as most of the matchups were decided during the final game of the weekend. Week 3 saw many of the top teams falling, due to either poor roster management, or some key injuries, while only one team stands alone as the remaining unbeaten. KOTS is already two weeks away from the halfway point in the season, nearly each team is still in contention, but as the seasons rolls along, room for error will significantly decrease. As Week 4 comes full steam ahead with the Packers & Bears facing off Thursday night, be prepared for one of the most important weeks of fantasy football yet.

Week 3: Recap Statistics

Most Points Scored: Juan Too Many: 207 total points scored

Least Points Scored: Martellus All About It: 92 total points scored

Largest Margin of Victory: Juan Too Many: +47 points

Smallest Margin of Victory: Team Prime +3 points

Power Rankings

#1 Juan Too Many (3-0) Last Week: 3 (This Week: Hernandez Hitmen)

Juan Too Many now stands alone the King Of The Shack Fantasy Football League, after improving his unblemished record to 3-0 in Week 3 with a dominating 207-160 over Rudy Was Offsides (1-2). Josh has surpassed early expectations and now sits in the drivers seat with a 95% chance of making the playoffs beginning in Week 14. Tom Brady (36 points) continues to ride the heat wave after a slow start in Week 1, while Zach Ertz (18 points) continues to impress in all facets of his game as he rises to the tops of the TE position. Juan Too Many also had a breakout performance from rookie Dalvin Cook (27 points) who dominated a solid buccaneers defense in Week 3. Josh will look to continue his winning streak in Week 4 when he faces Hernandez Hitmen (2-1) and should have a favorable matchup ahead of him.

#2 Team Prime (2-1) Last Week: 5 (This Week: Martellus All About It)

After a concerning loss in Week 2, Team Prime bounced back in a big way in Week 3 with a come from behind victory over TFuchs (2-1) with the final score being 180-177. With two high powered offenses, Team Prime had to rely on his stars to carry his team to a win. Odell Beckham Jr (28 points) proved to owners once again why he was worth the first round pick as he hauled in 2 unbelievable TD's and breaking out for his first double digit scoring effort this year. Rookie Christian McCaffrey (20 points) looks to have taken over the Carolina backfield and was finally utilized for his pass catching ability in an abysmal Panthers offense. It was Russell Wilson (32 points) who changed the game for Tyler in Week 3 however, in a loss to the Titans, Wilson threw for 4 TD's and game Team Prime the added points needed to knock off the previously undefeated TFuchs team. In Week 4, Martellus All About It (1-2) awaits Team Prime in what should be another high scoring affiar where Team Prime is slightly favored to win.

#3 TFuchs (2-1) Last Week: 2 (This Week: Silly Nannies)

Despite a close loss in Week 3, TFuchs still strolls in to the #3 spot in this weeks King Of The Shack Fantasy Power Rankings. Tyler fell to Team Prime (2-1) in Week 3 177-180 in a matchup that came down to the wire and saw TFuchs beat out on the last game of the week. Sitting with a 2-1 record at this point of the season, TFuchs has an 80% chance of making the playoffs if he continue to manage his team correctly throughout the rest of the season. In his losing effort Tyler was led by huge performances from Todd Gurley (37 points) and Sammy Watkins (28 points) both whom dominated the 49ers through the air and on the ground. Rob Gronkowski (22 points) continues to put up big numbers in the Patriots high powered offense. However, it was the poor offensive play of Derek Carr (4 points) that ultimately cost TFuchs the win in Week 3, he will now turn his focus to Silly Nannies (2-1) who is heating up with two straight wins.

#4    I Can't Think Of Anything Clever Yet (2-1) Last Week: 6 (This Week: Gronkemon Go)

I Can't Think Of Anything Clever Yet jumps up in the Power Rankings for Week 3, after taking down league leader Hernandez Hitmen (2-1) with a winning score of 120-94. Zac was led A.J Green (27 points) who shredded the Packers defense in Week 3 and finally found the endzone. Tarik Cohen (13 points) saved a poor performance by breaking off a huge run in OT against the Steelers as the Bears earned their first win of the season. But again it was the steal of the draft Ezekiel Elliot (18 points) who rumbled over the Cardinals defense and brought Zac into a 2-1 record with a bright future ahead. Week 4 puts I Can't Think Of Anything Clever Yet against Gronkemon Go (2-1) a battle between two rivals, should be a great matchup to watch!

#5 Hernandez Hitmen (2-1) Last Week: 1 (This Week: Juan Too Many)

After losing David Johnson (Wrist) to injury, Hernandez Hitmen was able to sneak out a Week 2 victory, but Week 3 was a different tale, and showed the inevitable weakness that Noah's roster is lined with after losing his #1 pick. Losing by a final score of 120-94, Hernandez Hitmen is left crawling back to the drawing board after submitting one of the most horrendous lineups in league history. With 94 points left on his bench, Hernandez Hitmen could have easily walk away with this one, but Brandin Cooks (32 points) and Stefon Diggs (37 points) were warming the pine when they should have been in the starting lineup. In the losing effort Hernandez Hitmen did receive another promising performance from rookie Kareem Hunt (25 points) who continues to be the star of the NFL early in the season. Hernandez Hitmen faces off against Juan Too Many (3-0) in Week 4, and with a tough matchup could be looking at .500 at the end of the weekend.

#6 Gronkemon Go (2-1) Last Week: 7 (This Week: I Can't Think Of Anything Clever Yet)

By the skin of his teeth, Gronkemon Go edged his way to a 2-1 overall record with a significant 135-112 win over Game of Jones (0-3) in Week 3. With where he sits right now, Gronkemon Go has about a 81% chance of making the playoffs if he can continue this trend the rest of the season, and if Cam Newton (7 points) figures out his offensive woes. In the winning effort, Justin received a huge lift from Larry Fitzgerald (33 points) and Carlos Hyde (24 points) both veterans who have been known to put up big numbers when it matters most to their teams. With Jordan Howard (31 points) on the bench this week, Gronkemon Go is loaded with even more firepower and will look to continue his winning ways when he faces nemesis Zac Fiske in Week 4.

#7 Silly Nannies (2-1) Last Week: 9 (This Week: TFuchs)

Jake Strohkirch has Silly Nannies sitting at 2-1 early on in the season and continues to impress the league as he silences the doubters heading into Week 4. With a dominating victory over Martellus All About It (1-2) by a score of 137-92, Silly Nannies is now tied for second place in the league but still has less than 50% chance of making the playoffs. If Jake wants to turn this team into a contender he will have to hope for more favorable matchups, or make some trades to better his chances. In Week 3, LeGarrette Blount (12 points) broke open the backfield for the Eagles, showing how dominant of a runner he can be, and will look to do the same against a weak Chargers defense in Week 4. The bad man himself Aaron Rodgers (24 points) rallied the troops to an OT victory and continues to build rapport with his receivers, but it was Sterling Shepard (26 points) who led Silly Nannies in Week 3 with an impressive stat-line of 7 receptions for 133 yards. Jake will face off against TFuchs (2-1) in Week 4 with another chance to pull off the upset.

#8 Martellus All About It (1-2) Last Week: 4 (This Week: Team Prime)

Martellus All About It comes in at our #8 position this week, dropping 4 spots from Week 2 after a humiliating loss to Silly Nannies (2-1) losing by a final score of 92-137. Maybe even more debilitating is the fact that Logan loses two starters for the year in Cairo Santos (Groin) and Darren Sproles (ACL) both who had been giving Martellus All About It some solid reps this season. In his losing effort, Martellus All About It received a strong output from TY Hilton (28 points) who proved to the NFL that he still is worthy of a fantasy start, unfortunately he was still sitting on Logan's bench. With JJ Nelson (0 Points) summarizing the week for Martellus All About It, I think its fairly safe to say that this may have just been a fluke week and the high scoring offense should return in Week 4 in a tough matchup with Team Prime (2-1).

#9 Rudy Was Offsides (1-2) Last Week: 8 (This Week: Ballz Deep!)

With a tough 160-207 loss to Juan Too Many (3-0) in Week 3, Rudy Was Offsides falls to #9 in the King of the Shack Power Rankings and is looking at an uphill battle to climb back up the leaderboard this season. Rudy Was Offsides still has some firepower at his dispense and even with a 1-2 record, he is projected with have a 70% chance of still making the 6th spot in the KOTS Playoffs this season. In the loss, Luke had some monster performances on the ground from Le'Veon Bell (21 points) and Devonta Freeman (22 points) highlighting a dynamic duo that should continue to carry Rudy Was Offsides throughout the season. However, Jordan Reed (0 points) hurt Luke at the TE position significantly, and the depth at RB and WR is still in question with so many good free agents available at Rudy's dispense. Look for Luke to turn it around in Week 4 with a matchup against Ballz Deep! (1-2) and make a run for his money in the playoffs.

#10 - Ballz Deep! (1-2) Last Week: 10 (This Week: Rudy Was Offsides)

Matt Kippley put one in the win column in Week 3, with a come from behind win over 99 Problems But A Lynch Ain't One (0-3) winning by a final score of 122-111. While the scores may not have been pretty, the 1-2 records says alot about this team going forward and could build some momentum for Ballz Deep! in the coming weeks. With a 33% chance of making the 2017 playoffs, Ballz Deep! will look for more solid performances from Jared Cook (14 points) and Frank Gore (12 points) who has now put up double digits two weeks in a row. With shaky play from James White (3 points) and Amari Cooper (1 point) Ballz Deep! has some contemplating to do when he finalizes his next lineup, but a matchup with Rudy Was Offsides (2-1) should be a great rivalry matchup to make things interesting in Week 4.

#11 Game of Jones (0-3) Last Week: 12 (This Week: 99 Problems But A Lynch Ain't One)

Another week, another loss for Game Of Jones, who now drops to 0-3 on the season as the chances of making the playoffs this season and getting slimmer. In a fairly close contest with Gronkemon Go (2-1) Game Of Jones fell by a final score of 112-135, losing in the final game of Monday Night Football. Nathan was led by Kirk Cousins (26 points) who bounced back with a huge game against the Raiders in Week 3, and will look to carry that momentum into this week. Brandon Marshall (14 points) came alive also this week, finally registering over 5 points, and effort that owners can finally be happy about. But with performances from Jay Ajayi (3 points) and Kyle Rudolph (1 point) that cost Game Of Jones some massive points, he was unable to match the firepower of Gronkemon Go. Week 4 gives Nathan a chance to win, playing 99 Problems But A Lynch Ain't One (0-3) these bottom dwellers will get their chance to claim victory to a win and move up in the league standings, as only one of them can go down.
#12 99 Problems But A Lynch Ain't One (0-3) Last Week: 11 (This Week: Game Of Jones)

Injuries...injuries...MORE injuries!? 99 Problems But A Lynch Ain't One cannot catch a break in any area this season. Week 3 proved this as Juan fell to Ballz Deep (1-2) by a lowly score of 111-122. It was discovered this week that Tyler Eifert (Back) will now miss several more weeks, severely limiting an already depleted roster than Juan has been attempting to restore during the beginning of the season. A few bright spots did emerge from the shadows in Week 3 for Juan, Andre Ellington (12 points) appears to be in line to handle the Arizona Cardinals backfield as a premier catching back and will make some noise in the PPR format, while Allen Hurns (11 points) is making a name in Jacksonville as one of Blake Bortles top targets this season. Week 4 will be all or nothing for 99 Problems But A Lynch Ain't One, as he faces off against Game Of Jones (0-3) a matchup that will all but bury one team as the league cellar dweller for the season.

2017 KOTS Week 3 Power Rankings

As the dust settles over the Week 2 results, the King of the Shack Fantasy Football League prepares itself for the most pivotal of weeks..Week 3. After numerous battles that were decided by only a few points, the contenders and the pretenders have all but made themselves clear as team owners are making the necessary adjustments for the upcoming weeks, which will prove vital to the survival for many teams. In Week 2 we saw victories on the margin of 9 points, 6 points, and another 9 point game as the matchups came down to the crucial decisions that team owners has made just hours prior. Week 3 looms in the near future, a chance for 0-2 teams to jump back in the mix of things, while a third straight loss could spell imminent disaster.

Week 1: Statistics

Most Points Scored: Martellus All About It: 177 total points scored

Least Points Scored: Game of Jones: 100 total points scored

Largest Margin of Victory: Martellus All About It: +77 points

Smallest Margin of Victory: Silly Nannies +6 points
Power Rankings
#1 Hernandez Hitmen (2-0) Last Week: 2 (This Week: I Can't Think Of Anything Clever Yet)

Hernandez Hitmen is back in the driver seat at #1 this week in the King of the Shack Power Rankings, after Noah led his squad to a decisive victory over 99 Problems But A Lynch Ain't One(0-2), by a score of 146 -114. Despite some questionable play from Golden Tate (6 points) and Brandin Cooks (5 points) Hernandez Hitmen was again lifted by rookie sensations Kareem Hunt (25 points) who added two touchdowns on the ground in his incredible rookie campaign. Mid-week addition Marquis Lee (14 points) made his name known this week against the Tennessee Titans while both the Seahawks (11 points) and the Ravens (14 points) proved themselves on the defensive end. Looking ahead to Week 3, Noah will face off against I Can't Think Of Anything Clever Yet (1-1) in what looks to be the best matchup of the coming weekend.

#2 TFuchs (2-0) Last Week: 3 (This Week: Team Prime)

After an impressive victory in Week 1, TFuchs is climbing up the leader board after owner Tyler Fuchs led his team to another big win, this time coming at the hands of Gronkemon Go (1-1) in what was one of the closest matchups this weekend. TFuchs was led amazingly by his two starting kickers, Ryan Succop (15 points) and Nick Folk (13 points) which ultimately propelled Tyler to a 2-0 start to the 2017 season in his inaugural year. Adding to this effort was Derek Carr (21 points) who seems to be back in midseason form after leaving last season with a broken leg, while Todd Gurley (26 points) solidified the win with a huge day on the ground. TFuchs faces the defending champion Team Prime (1-1) in Week 3, as Tyler will attempt to improve his record to 3-0 and take the drivers seat to this young season. If TFuchs can continue to manage his roster well, there is promise of a strong playoff run waiting.

#3 Juan Too Many (2-0) Last Week: 4 (This Week: Rudy Was Offsides)

Last years runner up is picking up right where he left off last season, as owner Josh Bruckert has led his Juan Too Many team to its first 2-0 start in league history. In Week 2, it was Team Prime (1-1) that fell victim to Juan Too Many's potent offense even with star receiver Jordy Nelson (Quad) being taken out of the game early. With a final score of 152-116, Juan Too Many made quick work of Team Prime thanks in part to Tom Brady (32 points) getting the Patriots back on track for a Superbowl run, while both Mike Evans (22 points) and Zach Ertz (14 points) are beginning to be two of the biggest picks that Josh made this season. With the health of both Randall Cobb (Shoulder) and Nelson being in question for Week 3, it will be up to Juan Too Many to set the pinnacle lineup this week as he faces old foe, Rudy Was Offsides (1-1).

#4 Martellus All About It (1-1) Last Week: 6 (This Week: Silly Nannies)

Martellus All About It is quickly rising up the King of the Shack Power Rankings, after his dominating victory over Game of Jones (0-2) in Week 2. The rookies in the league are showing no sign of backing down, as both are in the top 5 standings and looking to plant their name in the records book come playoff time. Martellus All About It crushed Nathan by a final score of 177-100 as the matchup never really was close from the first kickoff of the weekend. Led by a trio of wide receivers, Jarvis Landry (20 points) Emmanuel Sanders (24 points) and J.J Nelson (23 points) it is evident that Logan knows what he is doing as he now has one of the most powerful set of receivers this league has ever seen. With Leonard Fournette (14 points) continuing to produce, look for Martellus All About It to be a nightmare matchup when teams are faced up against him. Week 3 pits Martellus All About It against Silly Nannies (1-1) who is coming off a key victory himself. A crucial matchup that should not be disappointing.

#5 Team Prime (1-1) Last Week: 1 (This Week: TFuchs)

Down goes Prime! The defending champion lost to league rival Juan Too Many (2-0) in Week 2, as Tyler suffered defeat for the first time in months after his hot finish to the 2016 season. Losing by a final score of 116-152, there were plenty of areas that Team Prime obviously will need to improve on for the near future, but this resilient team should have no problem bouncing back. Odell Beckham Jr (7 points) made his way back onto the field in Week 2, but was held in check by a stingy Detroit Lions defense, and while Pierre Garcon (5 points) did under perform this weekend, it is Dwayne Allen (0 points) who seems to have lost his reps amidst a deep New England Offense. If Team Prime wants to make in back into the championship game in 2017, these issues will need to be addressed sooner rather than later, and what a better time to start than in Week 3 against TFuchs (2-0)

#6   I Can't Think Of Anything Clever Yet (1-1) Last Week: 5 (This Week: Hernandez Hitmen)

Owners all around the Fantasy Football realm are irate with Ezekiel Elliot (5 points) after his lousy performance against the Denver Broncos. I Can't Think Of Anything Clever Yet should be one of those people. Week 2 spelled out disaster for Zac, after a sizable lead dwindled down to the final Monday Night game where Rudy Was Offsides (1-1) edged out Zac to claim a 135-126 win over I Can't Think Of Anything Clever Yet. While Zac truly has nothing to worry about this early in the season as he has such as talented team, there were a few noteworthy performances that led to his fall in Week 2. Jimmy Graham (1 point) is seemingly lost in the mess in Seattle, as the Seahawks have to plan of attack for any game thus far. The Green Bay Packers (-1 points) were picked apart by the Atlanta Falcons, while A.J Green (11 points) and the Cincinatti Bengals have yet to score a touchdown this season. All this will change, and I Can't Think Of Anything Yet can focus on his Week 3 showdown with Hernandez Hitmen (2-0).

#7 - Gronkemon Go (1-1) Last Week: 7 (This Week: Game of Jones)

Gronkemon Go suffered a tough loss at the hands of TFuchs(2-0) in Week 2, falling by a close score of 130-139, keeping Justin in the lower half of the King of the Shack Power Rankings. Gronkemon Go was led by C.J Anderson (29 points) who really is making a name for himself in Denver this season, and Henry Hunter (15 points) bounced back nicely from a embarrassing start in Week 1. However it was the poor performances by Larry Fitzgerald (5 points) who seems to have lost his stature in Phoenix, and Jordan Howard (Shoulder) game Gronkemon Go a nice goose egg to solidify the loss in Week 2. Looking ahead, the fantasy guru of the league will have to make the necessary adjustments in order to climb back up the league standings, and Gronkemon Go will look to do that in Week 3 with a favorable matchup with Game of Jones(0-2).

#8 - Rudy Was Offsides (1-1) Last Week: #8 (This Week: Juan Too Many)

After a crushing, last second defeat in Week 1, Rudy Was Offsides came back in Week 2 looking to avenge his loss, and did so in the final Monday Night game, defeating I Can't Think Of Anything Clever Yet(1-1) by a final score of 135-126. Luke was led in large part by Devonta Freeman (23 points) and at the TE positions where Evan Engram (14 points) and Jordan Reed (10 points) had respectable performances that propelled Rudy Was Offsides to victory. While the depth on the bench is severely lacking for Rudy Was Offsides, the starters played just well enough for Luke to avoid a 0-2 start and can now focus on Week 3, where Juan Too Many(2-0) is awaiting him.

#9 Silly Nannies (1-1) Last Week: 10 (This Week: Martellus All About It)

Silly Nannies broke out a win in Week 2, improving his record to 1-1 on the season, with a close victory over Ballz Deep! 139-133. In this close matchup, Silly Nannies relied heavily upon Michael Crabtree (32 points) who hauled in a trio of TD's, while Jason Witten (25 points) continues to make Jake look like a genius as one of the leading TE's in the league continues to produce. Although Silly Nannies pulled out a win in Week 2, Jake will have to address the RB situation as LeGarrette Blount (1 point) and Adrian Peterson (2 points) are looking like a wash for the season. Look for Silly Nannies to make some moves mid-week to prepare for a matchup with Martellus All About It(1-1) in Week 3.

#10 Ballz Deep! (0-2) Last Week: 9 (This Week: 99 Problems But A Lynch Ain't One)

Ballz Deep! lead a trio of 0-2 teams that are struggling out of the gates to begin the 2017 King of the Shack Fantasy Football season. After a humiliating loss in Week 2, against Silly Nannies (1-1) where Ballz Deep! fell by a score of 133-139, it is now time for Matt to right the ship and get his team back on track before time runs out. Ballz Deep! was left disappointed in Week 2 as Amari Cooper (7 points) missed out on three of Derek Carr's touchdowns, while Adam Thielen (8 points) fell victim to a late quarterback change leading to poor offensive production. A untimely week for Ballz Deep!'s stars not to perform. While Marcus Mariota (12 points) continues to try to find balance with his offense, look for Ballz Deep! to be well prepared in Week 3, when he faces 99 Problems But a Lynch Ain't One (0-2) both teams, facing adversity need this win desperately.

#11 - 99 Problems But A Lynch Ain't One (0-2) Last Week: 11 (This Week: Ballz Deep!)

Yikes! While a Lynch Ain't One, Juan certainly does have 99 other problems to start out the 2017 season, as he falls to 0-2 on the season following a tough loss to Hernandez Hitmen(2-0). 114-146. After early season injuries derailed this team in Week 1, it is looking like an uphill climb for 99 Problems But A Lynch Ain't One as the season continues. DeMarco Murray (7 points) was hampered by a hamstring injury this weekend, which could spell out trouble for Juan moving forward, while Corey Coleman (Wrist) will be on the IR for the Cleveland Browns immediately after suffering a broken wrist. On the bright side, Travis Kelce (24 points) and Drew Brees (22 points) were able to get back in the swing of things this weekend. In Week 3, if Juan is able to make the necessary changes, look for an intriguing matchup with Ballz Deep! (0-2).

#12 - Game of Jones (0-2) Last Week: 12 (This Week: Gronkemon Go)

Just when we thought it couldn't get any worse for Game of Jones, Week 2 happened and Nathan finds himself digging out of his grave with an 0-2 record and a tough matchup ahead of him in Week 3. Game of Jones fell to Martellus All About It by a score of 100-177, losing by a considerable amount in a matchup that was never close. Greg Olson (Foot) is now out for nearly 2 months, while Brandon Marshall (2 points) and Isaiah Crowell (3 points) have still continued to put forth minimal outputs this season, all but crushing Game of Jones' hopes of starting off the season strong. Nathan will have to look to the waiver by in order to turn this season around, build some depth on the bench and hope for the best. Look for Eli Manning (11 points) to turn the Giants season around in the coming weeks as well! Week 3 puts Game of Jones up against Gronkemon Go, a matchup that should live up to the hype!

David Johnson, Danny Woodhead and Allen Robinson all went down in Week 1 with serious injuries and will be unable to return for months to came, this could spell trouble and now owners are left scrambling to find the sleeper picks of the century.

Week 1: Statistics

Largest Margin of Victory: Hernandez Hitmen +88 points

Power Rankings
#1 - Team Prime (1-0) Last Week: #1 (This Week: Juan Too Many)

The defending KOTS Champion, Team Prime began his title defense in Week 1, overcoming a variety of circumstances and squeezing out a tough win against Martellus All About It(0-1), by a score of 145-137. The matchup came all the way down to the wire on Monday night, where Team Prime was able to get 18 points out of Melvin Gordon who was held in check most of the game until late in the second half when the Chargers came to life. It was the workhouse LeSean McCoy (20 points) and the unheralded effort of LA Rams kicker Greg Zuerlein (17 points) who iced the game for Team Prime and propelled Tyler once step closer in his pursuit to repeat as Champion again. This Week, Team Prime will face off against Juan Too Many (1-0) in the Game of the Week as both teams look to continue their rivalry.

#2 Hernandez Hitmen (1-0) Last Week: 5 (This Week: 99 Problems, but a Lynch ain't one)

After a lousy last place finish in the 2016 regular season, Hernandez Hitmen is back and looking to put the past back where it belongs. Hernandez Hitmen broke out in Week 1 with an astonishing 213-125 victory over Silly Nannies (0-1) a matchup that was predicted to be close, but never really was. Noah was led on the field by the star of Week 1, Kareem Hunt (45 points) who shined bright in his rookie debut, after fumbling his first carry. Hunt torched the Patriots on the ground and through the air, leaving no doubt that he is the premier back now for the Kansas City Chiefs. Austin Hooper (20 points) also broke out in Week 1 with a huge 88 yard touch down reception, capped with a stiff-arm for the ages. Hernandez Hitmen will face off against 99 Problems but a Lynch ain't one, but will be without David Johnson (Wrist) for the next 2-3 months as Noah's first round pick goes into surgery this week.

#3 TFuchs (1-0) Last Week: 6 (This Week: Gronkemon Go)

TFuchs proved early in Week 1 that he is no stranger to the fantasy football realm, as he demolished Game of Thrones (0-1) in their matchup, crushing Nathan by a score of 130 to 73. Early in the week, this game was projected to be a tight battle, but TFuchs proved that games are not won on paper as he managed a perfect lineup for Week 1 leading him to victory. Tyler was led by three of his star players, Derek Carr (18 points), Todd Gurley (20 points) and Terrance West (14 points) this is a promising sign heading into Week 2 for TFuchs as the backbone of his team seems to be in midseason form. Marlon Mack also added 10 points on the bench and seems to have overtaken Frank Gore as the lead running back this season for the Colts. Week 2 will be a daunting task for TFuchs, as they go up against one of the toughest teams in the league, Gronkemon Go (1-0)

#4 Juan Too Many (1-0) Last Week: 7 (This Week: Team Prime)

Despite only receiving 10 points from Tom Brady in Week 1, combined with a last minute Thomas Rawls (Ankle) injury, Juan Too Many pulled out an impressive win against Ballz Deep! (0-1) by a score of 151-127. Last year's runner up, Juan Too Many looks to have the makings of yet another great team as he will work towards earning one of the highest seeds come playoff time. With Mike Evans (Hurricane) on the bench, it was Zach Ertz (17 points) and Charles Clay (15 points) that led the way from the TE position, while rookie Dalvin Cook surpassed Adrian Peterson's rookie record and ended up scoring 18 points of his own in their dominating win over the Saints. Juan Too Many will welcome back Mike Evans in Week 2, and will have to carefully set his lineup as the Championship Rematch will take place against Team Prime (1-0)

#5 I Can't Think Of Anything Clever Yet (1-0) Last Week: 12 (This Week: Rudy Was Offsides)

Whoever wrote the Draft Grades must not know football, as Zac has lifted his team from the depths of the league projections all the way up into the #5 spot for this weeks King of the Shack Power Rankings. Although this team really really needs a new name, I Can't Think of Anything Clever Yet, responded in Week 1 with a astounding 146-126 victory over 99 Problems But A Lynch Ain't One(0-1). Zac welcomes back the ridiculous news of Ezekiel Elliot (18 points) being able to possibly play for the duration of the season, turning what was a questionable pick, into the steal of the century! Zac was led through the air by Alex Smith (30 points) who had a career game against the Patriots, while the Pittsburgh Steelers defense, led by TJ Watt amassed 20 points against the Browns helping I Can't Think Of Anything Clever Yet take down his old time rival Juan Dominguez. Week 2 pits Zac up against Rudy Was Offsides (0-1) as he will look to continue his quick start to the season, in search of a 2-0 record.

#6 Martellus All About It (0-1) Last Week: 9 (This Week: Game of Jones)

Martellus All About It suffered a tough defeat to open his welcome into the King of the Shack Fantasy Football league, in his debut matchup against defending champion Team Prime (1-0), Martellus All About It fell in a very close battle by a losing score of 137-145. Logan was led primarily by rookie sensation Leonard Fournette (21 points) who proved to the league that he is ready to carry the team on his back this season. With 20+ touches in the backfield, look for Fournette to be a top-tier back the rest of the season. In the losing effort Martellus All About It also received 19 points from the Eagles Defense, as well as 16 points from Coby Fleener. It was the lack of production from the wide receiver position (25 total points) that led to the fall for Logan in Week 1. Looking ahead, Martellus All About It has already bolstered his receiving corps by adding Emmanuel Sanders, in a trade with Hernandez Hitmen, and will look to bounce back in a touch matchup against Game of Jones (0-1)

#7 Gronkemon Go (1-0) Last Week: 8 (This Week: TFuchs)

By the skin of his teeth, Gronkemon Go inched his way to the goal-line in Week 1 and came out on top against Rudy Was Offsides (0-1) in a close 108-102 victory. Despite the win, it comes without saying that Justin was lucky in Week 1, as a missed field goal cost Rudy Was Offsides the game. All that to say, a win is a win, Gronkemon Go is 1-0 thanks in large part to the running game where Justin enjoyed a total of 45 points coming on the ground, mostly from Jordan Howard, and Carlos Hyde. While the receiving end was lacking, Gronkemon Go will have to get more out of that air in Week 2 as Hunter Henry (0 points) and Dez Bryant (6 points) all underperformed. Look for Gronkemon Go to make the necessary changes this week and bounce back in a big way in his Week 2 matchup vs TFuchs(1-0)

#8 Rudy Was Offsides (0-1) Last Week: #2 (This Week: I Can't Think Of Anything Clever Yet

A disappointing beginning to the 2017 King of the Shack Season for Rudy Was Offsides, who has had tremendous success over the last few years since the 2008 Detroit Lions have dissipated. Luke fell in Week 1 to Gronkemon Go(1-0), by a score of 102-108, missing out on a chance to seal a win, when Brandon McManus missed on a 5pt, 50 yard field goal. Would he have won?! I guess we will never know. Rudy Was Offsides will need to bounce back in Week 2, when he faces Zac's loaded roster of running backs. With poor performances from Le'Veon Bell (7 points) and Dion Lewis (0 points) Luke may have to rethink the running back positions in his Week 2 matchup, but look for Deandre Hopkins (18 points) and Devonta Freeman (11 points) to bounce back this weekend with big performances.

#9 - Ballz Deep! (0-1) Last Week: 9 (This Week: Silly Nannies)

Ballz Deep! had a rough start to the season, with over 60+ points sitting on his bench, it was clear that a little more homework needed to be done by Owner Matt Kippley before his Week 1 matchup, which saw Ballz Deep! lose to Juan Too Many(1-0) 127-151. Adam Thielen (24 points) sat on the bench for Ballz Deep! as he hauled in 157 yards on 9 receptions. The run game offered no assistance to Matt in Week 1 either, as Rob Kelley (3 points) and Frank Gore (6 points) both were handcuffed by younger, more talented backs chomping at the bit to replace them as starters. While the WR position bodes well again for Ballz Deep! in Week 2, Matt will have some fixing to do if he wants any chance of knocking off Silly Nannies (0-1) in this weekends matchup.

#10 Silly Nannies (0-1) Last Week: 11 (This Week: Ballz Deep!)

Poor poor Nannies, an embarrassing defeat in Week 1 hurts the moral of a team excited about the new season and had high hopes for a championship run. The cards are all still on the table, and Jake still remains in position to make a run for a playoff spot with such a diverse roster at his dispense. Overpowered in Week 1 by a Hernandez Hitmen (1-0) squad, Silly Nannies fell, 125-213. Aaron Rodgers (16 points) had a solid season opener, but only connected for TD late in the 4th quarter against a stacked Seahawks Defense. Nannies will look to build on that performance in Week 2 as he faces off against Ballz Deep!(0-1) In the recieving end of things, Silly Nannies did have a great performance from both Tyreek Hill (26 points) and Danny Amendola (16 points) both who are poised to have high value throughout the season. Look for Silly Nannies to find the groove in Week 2!

#11 99 Problems But A Lynch Ain't One (0-1) Last Week: 3 (This Week: Hernandez Hitmen)

A rollercoaster of a week for Juan in Week 1, injuries, shocking snap counts and a tough loss were the story for 99 Problems But A Lynch Ain't One. Juan fell to I Can't Think Of Anything Clever Yet(1-0) in Week 1, by a final score of 126-146. This was due in large part to the mysterious misuse of Eddie Lacy (0 points) and the tough matchup that Drew Brees (15 points) faced against the Minnesota Vikings. With Allen Robinson (ACL) and Kevin White (Collarbone) both going out for the season, the risky picks that Juan made earlier last month really are hurting him now. 99 Problems But A Lynch Ain't One cant expect bounce back performances from Brees, as well as continued success from Cooper Kupp (17 points) and Antonio Brown (29 points). Week 2 against Hernandez Hitmen(1-0) should be a interesting battle, can Juan sneak out a victory!?

#12 Game of Jones (0-1) Last Week: 4 (This Week: Martellus All About It)

What happened to Game of Jones? That is the question that the league is asking all around, as Owner Nathan Fritschler is left scrambling for answers after a 73 point performance in his Week 1 loss to TFuchs(1-0). While the hurricane knocked Jay Ajayi out in Week 1, it is safe to say that no performance that he could have provided would have saved Game of Jones in what was one of the worst performances in KOTS history! Julio Jones (10 points) Brandon Marshall (2 points) Eric Decker (4 points) and Greg Olson (3 points) were all projected to be huge double digit player this weekend and all disappointed fantasy owners world wide. This was not a case of the injury bug, or poor management, Game of Jones players simply did not perform in their opening debut.  Week 2 provides new life for Game of Jones as he faces Martellus All About It (0-1) and will look to at best double his score from this past weekend.
