Power Rankings

#1 Juan Too Many (5-1) Last Week: 2 (This Week: TFuchs)

Juan Too Many jumps back into the drivers seat in this weeks KOTS Power Rankings as Josh continues to impress the league with his 5-1 record, while leading the league in total points scored. This performance earns Juan Too Many a $20 bonus in Week 6, with an excellent chance to repeat the same feat come Week 13. Juan Too Many defeated Martellus All About It (2-4) in a key matchup, winning by a final score of 163-132. The dual threat running backs Mark Ingram (30 points) and Jerick McKinnon (25 points) led the way for Josh in Week 6, both scoring two touchdowns and dominating their opponents on the ground and through the air. Zach Ertz (15 points) continued to be his normal self hauling in a couple Carson Wentz TD passes while Mike Evans (18 points) also found the end zone vs a porous Arizona defense. Looking ahead, with Aaron Rodgers most likely done for the season, keep a close eye on Jordy Nelson (12 points) to see his connection with Brett Hundley in the coming weeks. Juan Too Many faces TFuchs (2-4) a matchup that is sure to be closer than the experts predict.

#2 Silly Nannies (5-1) Last Week: 1 (This Week: 99 Problems But A Lynch Ain't One)

Despite coming away with a very narrow victory in Week 6, Silly Nannies slides down to the #2 spot in this weeks KOTS Power Rankings. In the 108-98 victory over I Can't Think Of Anything Clever Yet (3-3), Jake lost his most powerful assets in Aaron Rodgers (Collarbone) which severely hampers Silly Nannies chances of continuing his 5 game win streak in the coming future. Adrian Peterson (25 points) found new life in an Arizona Cardinals offense and will look to replace the output that Rodgers had been producing week to week. With Michael Crabtree (17 points) continuing to be a red-zone target for Derek Carr each week, look for him to step up down the final stretch of the season as the playoffs near. Week 7 puts Silly Nannies against 99 Problems But A Lynch Ain't One (1-5) in a matchup that is sure to be lopsided in favor of Nannies.

#3 - Team Prime (5-1) Last Week: 3 (This Week: Rudy Was Offsides)

Team Prime does it again, another victory in Week 6, puts Tyler now at 4 games in a row and places him in a terrific spot heading into the final stretch as the 2017 KOTS Playoffs await. With a dominating victory over 99 Problems But A Lynch Ain't One (1-5) Team Prime improved to 5-1 on the season with his stock continuing to rise. In the 170-112 victory over Juan, Melvin Gordon (35 points) ripped off another huge game with 2 TD's leading the Chargers to victory. This appears to now be the normal workload that Gordon will adhere to, giving Team Prime a massive weapon in coming weeks. Christian McCaffrey (21 points) also continues to put up huge numbers as the rookies seems to have taken control of the Panthers backfield. Russell Wilson (BYE) comes back into play this week as Team Prime takes on Rudy Was Offsides (3-3) and will look to give Tyler the needed boost to get past a scrappy squad led by Luke Drachenberg.

#4 Hernandez Hitmen (4-2) Last Week: 5 (This Week: Gronkemon Go)

Hernadez Hitmen got a huge win over Game of Jones (2-4) in Week 6, improving his record to 4-2 in a narrow 142-135 victory that came down to the final Monday night game. With the win, Noah jumps up into the #4 spot in this weeks rankings, but its evident he has aspirations to get even higher. In the victory, Hernandez Hitmen leaned on Jay Ajayi (13 points) and Golden Tate (22 points) both whom exploded out of their recent slumps. For Ajayi, the endzone could not be found but 130+ rushing yards and a win against the Falcons did just the trick. Will Fuller (14 points) again found the endzone for the 3rd straight week, but just days after that performance, Noah traded Fuller for Amari Cooper (7 points) in an attempt to jump start his run at the 2017 King of the Shack Playoffs. Looking forward, Hernandez Hitmen faces Gronkemon Go (2-4) in a crucial matchup that could shake up the playoffs projected seedings.

#5 I Can't Think Of Anything Clever Yet (3-3) Last Week: 4 (This Week: Martellus All About It)

Despite a minuscule loss to Silly Nannies (5-1) in Week 6, I Can't Think Of Anything Clever Yet sits at .500 at the half-way point of the season with an excellent opportunity to make up some ground and make his final push towards the King Of The Shack Playoffs. In the 98-108 loss, Zac was unfortunately done in by a few key players being on their BYE week, with not enough production from the bench. Alex Smith (14 points) had an off day as the Chiefs dropped their first game of the season, while Ben Watson and Jesse James combined for just a total of 8 points. With Aaron Rodgers going down for likely the remainder of the season, it will be worth keeping an eye on Devante Adams (16 points) as his TD proficiency may decline. I Can't Think Of Anything Clever Yet will face Martellus All About It in Week 7, a matchup that could break both teams chances of finding that final playoffs spot in November.

#6 Rudy Was Offsides (3-3) Last Week: 8 (This Week: Team Prime)

Rudy Was Offsides is hanging in there, and continues to dodge, duck, dip, dive and dodge his way through the regular season with a 3-3 record and a chance to make some noise down the stretch with a team loaded with potential. In Week 6, Luke defeated Gronkemon Go (2-4) by a close score of, 145-139, another game that came down to the Monday night wire, but it was Rudy Was Offsides who got 11 big points from Donte Moncreif of the Colts to seal the deal. LeVeon Bell (27 points) again ripped off another monster game as he carries the Steelers offense from week to week. A total of 36 points were scored by the Minnesota Vikings and New York Giants defense, giving arguably the biggest advantage to Rudy Was Offsides as the weekend came to a close. Luke will have to navigate the waters of free agency and BYE weeks as the season continues, if he does so effectively, his chances of making the KOTS Playoffs will greatly increase. Week 7 against Team Prime (5-1) will give the league some insight as to what this team is made of.

#7  Martellus All About It (2-4) Last Week: 6 (This Week: I Can't Think Of Anything Clever Yet)

A blowout loss to Juan Too Many (5-1) in Week 6, certainly did not help Martellus All About It's chances of making the 2017 Playoffs, however, the season is still young and with 6 more weeks to go, Logan has an opportunity to seize a playoff bid and make some noise with a team loaded with talent. In the 132-168 loss to Juan Too Many, Deshaun Watson (23 points) threw multiple TD passes in Houston's win over the Cleveland Browns as Watson continues to be a bright spot among all of the rookies in the league. Leonard Fournette (21 points) exploded on the St. Louis Rams and is on pace for 1000+ yards and 10+ TD's this season. Unfortunately, two receivers J.J Nelson (1 point) and T.Y Hilton (2 points) had a terrible turnout and arguably cost Martellus All About It a could be victory. With the trade market exploding, look for Martellus All About It to make some moves as rumors circulate Logan's interest in DeMarco Murray. A tough matchup with I Can't Think Of Anything Clever Yet (3-3) in Week 7 will be a proving point for Martellus All About It.

#8 Gronkemon Go (2-4) Last Week: 7 (This Week: Hernandez Hitmen)

When the going gets tough, the tough get going. Gronkemon Go is 2-4 heading into Week 7, but his best work is yet to come. This team simply will not quit and can only get stronger as the season goes on. A tough 139-145 against Rudy Was Offsides (3-3) was a difficult pill to swallow but there is still time for Gronkemon Go to get the ship turned around and play the underdog in the playoffs. In the loss, Gronkemon Go left an astounding 71 points on the bench, including Carlos Hyde (23 points) which would have been the deciding factor between a win or a loss. C.J Anderson (1 point) was non existent in the Broncos loss to the Giants, while Devin Funchess (6 points) came up short of stellar after providing multiple double digit weeks. In Week 7, Gronkemon Go will face Hernandez Hitmen (4-2) and Justin will look to veteran Larry Fitzgerald  (28 points) to again lead the way in a key matchup.
#9 TFuchs (2-4) Last Week: 10 (This Week: Juan Too Many)

A down week for TFuchs and his players led to a humiliating loss against Ballz Deep! (2-4) in Week 6, the window for error is getting smaller, bu TFuchs has a roster with depth and talent and is still in the mix of things despite being two games under .500. In the 127-103 loss to Matt, TFuchs had 10 of his 13 starters score less than 10 points including quarterback Derek Carr (6 points) who looked a bit rusty coming off a back injury. Chris Hogan (2 points) lost his TD streak and was surprisingly ineffective against a sub par Jets defense. It was Rob Gronkowski (26 points) who was the lone star for Tyler this weekend as his connection with Tom Brady seems to be better than ever. Week 7 could not get any easier for TFuchs. Juan Too Many (5-1) stands waiting for battle, can TFuchs pull off the upset.

#10 Game Of Jones (2-4) Last Week: 9 (This Week: Ballz Deep!)

Game Of Jones' upset bid fell short in a 135-142 loss against Hernandez Hitmen (4-2) a game that came down to the final plays of the night with Eric Decker (15 points) coming up just short of enough points to propel Game Of Jones to an all time comeback in the regular season. Still standing with a 2-4 record, Game Of Jones still has a chance to earn himself a playoff spot as he is currently tied for the 7th place spot heading into the home stretch of the season. Kirk Cousins (27 points) is hot and continues to fire on all cylinders, a positive sign for Game Of Jones as the season heats up. Julio Jones (13 points) continues to leave Nathan frustrated this season as the 1st round draft pick has not lived up to his potential, but trade asset Kelvin Benjamin (18 points) again shined and is secret behind the quick turnaround that Game Of Jones has displayed over the last few weeks. Week 7 features Ballz Deep! (2-4) a crucial matchup for both teams which could have playoff implications.

#11 - Ballz Deep! (2-4) Last Week: 11 (This Week: Game Of Jones)
Ballz Deep! pulled out a needed win in Week 6, toppling TFuchs (2-4) by a final score of 127-103. The win keeps Ballz Deep! at the #11 spot in this weeks King Of The Shack Power Rankings, but Matt is still in the thick of things, tied for 7th in the current league standings. A win in Week 7 would put together a win streak which could give Ballz Deep! the needed umpf! to get things moving. With Keenan Allen (9 points) having a down week against the Raiders, Adam Thielen (18 points) picked up the slack and continues to produce with quarterback Case Keenum. Ballz Deep! acquired Will Fuller (14 points) this week from Hernandez Hitmen, in the hopes that his TD performances can continue the rest of the season. In a coming matchup with Game Of Jones (2-4) in Week 7, Ballz Deep! will have to prove his strength going forward if he wants any chance of climbing the league leaderboard.

#12 - 99 Problems But A Lynch Ain't One (1-5) Last Week: 12 (This Week: Silly Nannies)

Here lies 99 Problems But A Lynch Ain't One, a fantastic owner, better friend and one of the worst fantasy season since the 2008 Detroit Lions entered the league. With a 1-5 record, 99 Problems But  A Lynch Ain't One can probably start packing his bags and getting ready for next year, with a handful of season ending injuries, the risks that Juan took early in the season did not pan out and the rest of the regular season is not looking any better for him. In Week 6, 99 Problems But A Lynch Ain't One last to Team Prime (5-1) by a score of 170-112. Despite great performances from DeMarco Murray (18 points) and Antonio Brown (29 points) Juan was overpowered by the superior team and the depth of his roster continues to be one of he 99 problems that this team is having. Aaron Jones (5 points) was brought back down to earth this weekend, and although he way have an extended role going forward, running back Ty Montgomery is still in line to take away a handful of carries from him the rest of the season. Week 7 puts 99 Problems But A Lynch Ain't One against Silly Nannies (5-1) another tough test. We will see if Juan is up to the challenge and if he can pull off the upset.
