Boom or Bust Pick: Week 12

Boom:
    -Jeremy Maclin (Juan Too Many)

     Stats: 9 receptions/11 targets/160 yards/1 Td/Total: 31 points

After having scored just 28 total points in his past 5 games, owner Josh Bruckert crosses his fingers

and inserted Maclin into his lineup as a WR2 option. Facing the 23rd ranked pass defense in the

league, Maclin completely exploited his counterparts across the line and made the Buffalo secondary

look like swiss cheese specifically with his 41 yard TD reception. Good work Josh!

Bust:
    -James Jones (Mr. Rodgers Neighborhood)
     Stats: 0 receptions/6 targets/ Total: 0 points

While James Jones' resurgent season has pleased the owners who were lucky enough to claim him

off of waivers, his production in the second half of the season, along with the Green Bay passing

game has been less than satisfactory. After a revitalizing 30-13 victory for the Green Bay Packers

over rival Minnesota, Jones saw 12 passes come his way, hauling in 6 of them for 109 yards and a

touchdown, amassing 24 points. Unfortunately for team owner, Juan Dominguez, James Jones was

sitting on his bench. In week 12, Jones was inserted into Juan's starting lineup but caught 0 of the 6

passes that were thrown his way. Better luck next week.

Honorable Mentions:
  • T.Y Hilton (Mr. Rodgers Neighborhood) 6 rec/95 yds/2 td/27 points
  • A.J Green (Team Ruby) 6 rec/61 yds/2 td/24 points
  • Antonio Gates (Team Huisman) 4 rec/53 yds/2 td/21 points
  • Julius Thomas (Juan Direction) 9 rec/116 yds/1 td/26 points

  • Davante Adams (Hernandez Hitmen) 2 rec/11 targets/14 yds/3 points
  • Frank Gore (Favre Dollar Footlong) 12 rush/24 yds/ 2 rec/13 yds/5 points
  • DeMarco Murray (Juan Sucks) 14 rush/30yds/1 rec/23 yds/3 points
